The ABA Clinic -  Social, Behavioral and Educational Support for Children
Meet Our Team of Professionals:
Tara Armstrong, MAT, BCBA.  Program Director and Founder of The ABA Clinic.     Tara began working with children diagnosed with autism and developmental disorders in 1994.  Tara graduated from Providence College and earned her Master of Arts in Teaching from Fairleigh Dickinson University.  She participated in an extended Traineeship at University of Medicine and Dentistry, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Inclusive Education and Developmental Disabilities and after completing her coursework at Penn State University, became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2008. 
Tara consults for public school districts throughout New Jersey, specializing in analyzing and organizing educational, social and ABA programs, staff trainings and long term behavioral support and providing technical support to teachers and child study team members.  In 2009 The ABA Clinic was created to provide a resource for children facing social skills challenges, behavioral disabilities and educational gaps and to provide specific and scientifically validated skill sets in a fun, meaningful and rewarding atmosphere. 
In March, 2017 Tara completed Social Thinking ® Clinical Training.
